You must be 18 years and above to register and use the WinClub platform. WinClub takes this responsibility seriously and reserves the right to request proof of age at any time. Accounts found to be underage will be closed immediately and balances may be frozen in accordance with our Terms and Conditions.

No. Each individual is only permitted to have one active account only. Registering multiple accounts is a violation of WinClub's Terms and Conditions and may result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances. If you have forgotten your login details, use the "Forgot Password" function or contact our customer support.

Log in to your account and go to Account Settings → My Profile. You can update your email address, phone number and other details from there. For name changes (which must match your KYC), contact our support team with the relevant verification documents.

KYC (Know Your Customer) is an identity verification process carried out when you make your first withdrawal. You will need to upload a photo of your Malaysian identity card (MyKad) and a selfie. This process is typically completed within 24 hours. KYC is only required once and protects your funds from misuse.

No. winclub requires all deposits to be made using a payment method that is registered in your own name only. Deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted and may result in withdrawal rejection and further investigation. This policy is in place to protect all parties from financial fraud.

winclub withdrawals are processed within 1 to 3 hours after the request is submitted and verified. This applies to withdrawals to Malaysian bank accounts, DuitNow and eWallets. Withdrawals may be rejected for several reasons: KYC not yet completed, bonus wagering requirements not met, bank account details do not match the winclub account name, or suspicious activity is under investigation.
